Hi, my name is Jim and welcome to my site and the home of your online gym buddy.

I launched this site to give you, the gym going public, somewhere to come and find genuine and honest advice about the gym you should pick and how to life your healthy lifestyle.

We could all do with a bit of support from time and time and many of us will find going to the gym alone a bit daunting! That is why I have created my own "gym buddy search tool" which allows you to find a friend in your local area.

Can't decide which gym to pick? I haven't exactly walked the streets of London but I have researched all of the gyms that we have on offer. Apart from a few independents, this site lists all of the London gyms by postcode. Why not have a look at the gyms in your local post code right now.

Articles & Advice

Once you have started with your new fitness regime, you are going to need some advice along the way. I have invited a few of my personal trainer friends to write articles for the site covering Fitness, Nutrition and Workouts.

Remember, this site is about you and what is good for yourself. If you want more then shout about it and let me know!

The same goes for advertising as for donations, the site won't run itself. I have thought long and hard about the companies I have allowed to advertise on the site. If at any point you feel I have made the wrong choice let me know
