NewU: Inside Out - Fitness First Nintendo Wii game

Fitness First is forging ahead with its mission to make the world a fitter place with the launch later this year of a brand new product for the Nintendo WiiTM which will take Fitness First expertise into homes around the world.

The world's largest privately owned gym chain has joined forces with experts at Black Bean Games to launch a new line of products under the NewU banner.

The first release will be NewU Inside | Out which seamlessly combines fitness and exercise content from Fitness First and nutrition courtesy of TV programme and best-selling book publisher You Are What You EatTM.

Fitness First has designed the full-body workout and has been strongly involved in the development of the product. Each exercise is demonstrated by one of Fitness First's leading Personal Trainers and the Wii Balance BoardTM and Wii RemoteTM are used to provide feedback on user's progress and performance.

As part of the development six Fitness First personal trainers have been filmed demonstrating exercises as designers opted for real life instruction rather than using 3D graphics

Designed as an interactive lifestyle and workout regime for the 21st century rather than a game, NewU allows people to select a lifestyle goal to create their custom exercise and nutritional plans.
